Ordering and Shipping

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order online and paid you will receive an email confirming your order and payment. This is the receipt for your order and confirmation that it is in our system. 

Jewellery is made by hand to order. Therefore as we do not carry stock please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Sally Atkins Jewellery Packaging 
Your jewellery will be sent in our presentation gift box and will be securely wrapped in tissue. You will also receive a velvet pouch to store your jewellery. For multiple items in one order we will wrap your jewellery and package it into one box for 2 items and 2 boxes for 2 or more. 
If you require a gift box for each individual piece of jewellery, please let us know at the time of ordering.
 
DISPATCH
You will receive an email with your tracking reference number when your order has been dispatched (please check your 'junk' mail folder if you don't receive this). Orders are shipped as soon as they are ready, allow 3-5 working days.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIME

£2.99 Sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For. Many parcels arrive the following working day after dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Europe
£11.99 Sent International Tracked. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
